The shipping speed could’ve been better. Was forced to pay an unnecessary, “shipping insurance” fee all for the package to arrive a week later.

I returned order number 4580157, it was received by you 4/1/19 but I still have not gotten a refund. The message I keep getting customer service is that is has been processed and may take a few days to hit my bank. Sorry but 22 days is way too long but I cannot get help!

Delivery took a long time but product was in good condition. I ordered a lifetime warranty and didn't see any paperwork for it included in the packaging, though! I would call that an item missing.

This company has the worst return policy for an unused item that i've ever seen. Very poor customer service. I will never use this company again. I am telling everyone I know to avoid this company at all cost. As I am in the adult entertainment industry I can reach a lot of people so they made a big mistake.

Great didn’t buy much. Was looking for fore play games. The pamphlet was ok but too cheaply. First time ordering. Nipple buttons couldn’t find. I have to check out inventory when I get the time. Thanks

The product was very disappointing. No power. When I wanted to return it they said I would only get 50% of paid price. It said on the purchase page that it had a full refund. Not telling you if you take it out of the bag it’s only 50%. Very misleading. How would you try it if you don’t take it out of the bag? When I called the customer service wasn’t any better. I also wanted this to be private and the emails I got came with my first blush. That’s not private.
