“The customer service and all that entails was excellent. But we are very unhappy with the product. It simply does not have the amplitude the literature said it had. (aggressiveness of vibration)”

“One product can in a crushed and broken box, one the batteries required were so small I still have not found, the last one does not turn off unless I used a back off pen. Will not any of your products again”
