"I was disappointed in the packaging. The padded envelope wasn't strong enough. Better packaging is needed. " i reported this issue and was immediately given a store credit to cover the cost of the item I purchased. Their customer service is very good and I appreciate their personal touch. They are here to please their customers!

I never received my item. After getting an email saying my package had been returned to sender I sent an email asking to reship my item and never heard back

I received my vibrator. It is FABULOUS!!! I haven't purchased a vibrator in a decade or two. I used to purchase from Good Vibrations, which they were the best at that time. WELL, it's now called My First Blush. They have totally upped their game. This vibrator is more than I expected. I was waiting for this one to arrive to see the quality before I purchased another one that I like. Next week I will be ordering another one. Thank you all for upping the quality of adult products. They're not cheesy like they used to be.

My butt plug came apparently previously used and handled. It was a total throw away as it showed up in a USPS package with brown paper inside and a butt plug with signs of previous use. It wasn't in sealed packaging and it surely wasn't in new condition. How is this normal business?

This item came highly recommended by a girlfriend. I was totally disappointed with it. It certainly is a lot of money to spend on something I will not use. Because of this experience I will not purchase any other products from your company. I was very surprised because this is a very high end item in toys. I have a store that I have purchased items and they did not carry this particular item. When I initially purchased the toy, I was all excited and told my sister. Unfortunately, with my experience, I will not recommend this toy or your website since I don't know if the other items meet up to my standards. The item was not easy to manipulate in getting the different speeds. Definitely a deterrent in staying in the mood! It was not easy to position. It did not come into contact with my clitoris. An item like that "should" be powerful, should be a little more flexible to be able to hit the particular trigger points in the woman. I have had toys that are stiff, but did not like the feeling of this particular toy. It made me feel like I had to void and that was not the case. I am very disappointed!
