They allowed me to buy an item out of stock, took my money, didn't get any communication for 2 weeks, then tried to give me store credit so I can pay for shipping and insurance again for the product which they might eventually have again at some point in the future. The label included in the package only had 1 of the 2 items listed, so this wasn't a mistake. They knew what they were doing. They're a bunch of thieves.

I’m just getting to see her all naked in the hottest video of her and her new toy and her vibrating massager and she was coming like she was just not going to stop and her slit was so wet and loose and her lips were really getting swollen and her clit was just getting really sensitive and kept her coming nonstop for over two hours.

I've been waiting on my order for two weeks I won't answer the phone customer service they won't return the calls I spent $167 that's on my credit card and if I'm not going to get it I want it returned I don't care about the covid-19 ever you keep giving people to run around and you keep telling me you don't have my email and you don't have my name and you don't have my credit card and you're blaming it all on the distributors FedEx so somebody better get the poop together he's not marry very many people are going to like it and I don't like it I ordered $130 worth of a product and spent $49 on Express and this is what I got so if you're getting this call customer service telephone Wade Hitchcock wants his order my telephone number is 1 573 541 1940 and you have my credit card information and it took my money off of it because it's off my card and I would like to redeem my money or get my product

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. My order first of all took FOREVER to get here but aside from that I tried emailing and calling never for a response and nobody answered the phone. When what I ordered finally got here it broke by the end of the night. WOULD MOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. Save yourself the frustration and shop with a more professional company.

ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS NOT RESPONDED TO ANY OF MY VOICEMAILS OR EMAILS! I AM TRYING TO RETURN A PACKAGE AND THERE IS NO RETURN ADDRESS OR DETAILED INFO ON HOW TO START THIS PROCESS ON THE WEBSITE. Are you really sorry for POOR SERVICE? Delivered part of my $155 order THEY NEVER RETURNED ONE E-MAIL (3) THEY NEVER RETURNED ONE PHONE CALL AS THEY PROMISED COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY! MYFIRST BLUSH FAIL IN COMMUNICATION I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS TO THESE UNRELIABLE PEOPLE AGAIN.

Ordered May 4- it's now the 19th and I have yet to receive the product I bought ($90 toy) and like many others, I paid extra for a quick delivery. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before ordering from this website since almost all are negative and everyone has the same problems with these guys (taking your money and then not delivering your order, impossible to get through to customer service despite multiple attempts to reach customer service via phone and email, no way to track your order, etc.) I've been ordering toys online for years and have NEVER had a problem with any of my orders either not being delivered within the days stated/lack of any customer service for the other sites until now! I am a single mom of 2 and due to the pandemic I am no longer working so for me to spend $90 on anything right now is hard but my previous toy had stopped working and therefore I figured I'd try out a different company to order from. If there is an actual person who owns Myfirstblush I have to ask... how can you sleep at night knowing you're scamming people during a global crisis like this pandemic?!?! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS "COMPANY" EVER AGAIN!!! Learn from my (and countless others) bad decision by ordering from this pathetic site and stick to sites that actually care about their customers! I recommend Adam & Eve and lionsden.com. Stay clear of this company!!!!!

NOT HAD. HAVING. So far it has been a week that I have sent three E-Mails and placed 3 phones calls with messages left and my phone number. I have NOT heard from anyone. Like they DO NOT Exist. Still waiting on my order, the email system is a hoax and no one picks up the phone or calls you back. Do your digging people you'll find so much more. They do send you fresh emails everyday, that's about it. Currently have an open case with my bank. Don't buy in to it. Read the reviews, read up on everything. Sorry if your were stupid like me, good luck.

Its a scam organization! Don't trust them at all - otherwise you will be contacting your bank for help! They don't respond to concerns or callouts, but they will send you a fresh, cheery marketing message everyday promising the world!

I have sent several emails and have not received a response for any of them. I made a purchase of a VIBRATING PROSTATE MASSAGER only to find out upon receipt that the vibrator part is an additional purchase... How can it be a vibrating anything then??? I have called and emailed with no response... their customer service is horrible, yet EMMA sends me a new message every day to purchase something. Bite Me EMMA!

Another company using the pandemic as a pathetic excuse for ripping off customers! Slight delays are completely understandable. But ignoring phone messages and emails is NOT. If your business is incapable of fulfilling orders in a timely manner. Then freakin shut down the website and stop stealing customer's money.

I understand the late delivery because of the Pandemic thing going on but to have called over forty times in the last couple days and emailed at least a dozen times or so to not have anybody get back to me yet is nerve wracking! I have been a nervous wreck worrying if I got screwed out of my $172.96 that I spent. Finally, today my order only to be missing one of the two items that I ordered. I got the $62.00 item that doesn't even work (not your fault...but not mine either so i hope I get reimbursed for it and of course the more expensive item is missing in action! I could tell that either during shipping the bag it was sent was opened and torn or either during shipping it happened. Anyway, that has caused me not to be able to return it free of charge through USPS. It came with an invoice # that only one item was shipped. Now I don't want the other and will see if my bank can help to reverse the charges because i have to believe that this is some sort of scam. NEVER answering the phone ALL DAy for several days...NEVER answering emails. Even my iphone couldn't get photos sent to them because it said it wasn't a "legit" email address. I just hope that I can get my money back. I suppose at least $20.00 or more will be wasted on postage also.

I didnt receive my package and when i tried to call customer service they never answered or got back to me even though i left my name and number. Then emailed them about 10 times to resolve the problem but no response. Im very disappointed with the way they have ignored my emails and calls. This is my first time buying from myfirstblush and it has been a bad experience. I wish i could just get sent another package or get my refund.

This is a scam DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! I placed my order a month ago order #88518, I paid extra for "rush" pro essing so it would ship in 24 hours, they took my money sent me a confirmation email and nothing. No one answers the phone I've left several messages and emailed as well to no avail, oddly enough I got a survey asking how their business was, and one everyday to say that they are still open and shipping daily! Weird then where is my order?? Horeible customer service I would never recommend this site. I'm putting a stop payment on this charge and filing a complaint with the BBB.
