“I have sent several emails to find out why the order has not been delivered. Got one response saying that I had to contact USPS. WRONG! Due to lack of response, I’ve requested a full refund! That is not how you treat a customer!”

“We used the finger vibrator the other night and it worked great, but the next morning it would not work, As soon as I contacted customer service they offered me a replacement at no cost and no questions asked, now that is good service.”
