Everything I ordered was great!!!not too happy about the shipping. My package was half open and not discrete at all... you can imagine the surprise on my moms face when it arrived not to mention what the ups guy thought.

The changing button is not easy to change in use, and is hard to work as it only works sometimes in use or not.

The service and shipping speed were excellent. One of the items sent was acceptable, the other was a disappointment. I'll probably try gain in the future.

The experience wasn't bad but the product just didn't work for me. I loved being design, size, and materials used it just wasn't strong enough vibrations to " finish to job"

I ordered the wrong size for 3 items and first blush refunded my purchase and told me to donate the items. There was a small charge to cover the shipping and handling but they did not have to do that. I will order again in the future now that I know my size. All was done in a speedy manner too.

I'm disappointed that the item is very cheaply made but it cost me $80. I should have just gotten a Hitachi magic wand.
