“One item arrived damaged I sent pic of broken item said I might be Abel to fix they said replace is what they are going to do but I haven’t heard anything about the replacement . Please let me know I’m thinking my ratting would go up to 5. Thx”

“Customer service was excellent, however products need more detail. I ordered a flesh light and had i known it was very heavy in weight i probably would not have bought that one. And it was 85.00 not sure if i will even try it.”

“I was very disappointed with the product, but not this company. The intensity is equal to the lowest setting of my previous device, so it was not exciting or effective for my body. I returned the product - it took about a month for them to register the return after receipt and to give the refund, so keep track on your own and follow up if needed. Customer Service is really helpful when you have an issue.”

“I just received my product 3 days ago and I haven't really had the chance to use it but once. So far I am satisfied with the service and quality of the product. It arrived a little earlier than expected, the representative was very knowledgeable about what product I should start with and why. This is why I am giving this rating of 3 stars until I try it a little more. I did check around before purchasing this penis pump and they were the cheapest. I intend on making another purchase soon and would hope you would give my first blush a try to satisfy your most intimate desires.”
