“item purchased does not work with several new batteries installed, does not vibrate. Trying to attempt to contact a rep at 844 892 8399 no luck so far, please help as it has a one year warranty and I just purchased it less than 30 days ago”

“I already sent a complaint by email regarding my order - I received a poor excuse of an apology- I opted not to email any further - I will not order from this site ever again. My package arrived opened and falling out - the person delivering it was a client of mine - it was a highly Embarrassing situation and i was not satisfied with the apology- and my business reputation can be highly effected by this- again I will not order from this site- extremely unprofessional.”
