It is great to buy something and make sure it will work for your needs and if not they will return it. You can spend a lot of money on something you can't enjoy. We have bought toys from other store and they didn't fit our needs but could not return it. They are very prompt on getting back to any email you send. I will buy from them again.

Ordered something, paid for expedited shipping 4 days later they said it was out of stock. Only option was a gift card in that amount. Had to buy a different product then choose even more expensive shipping to get it on time.

Website is easy to navigate, and like the wide variety of products. Wish the product descriptions were better though, I would have chosen different products if there had been descriptions based on like battery requirements, actual dimensions, etc.
