“I was unable to make this item work. It only vibrates when the button is pushed and does not stay on. I’m afraid I will have to return this. When Mindful was notified of the issue, they immediately offered a credit for the item and no hassle about retuning the item. I’m totally impressed!”

“The vibrator in the toy broke the first time it was used. I didn't get the insurance against defective products. Personally, to buy that insurance policy is my betting against you. I don't lose a bit a second time. You should just add your cost of insurance to the product and fully guarantee it from the start. Maybe you'll KEEP another customer.”
