“We ordered two products and they do not work. First product did not work at all. My husband tried for 15 mins to make it work then gave up...arguing there for not letting him order from the company he trusts. After some time we open next package, batteries go in it turns on but cannot close lid... NOT HAPPY AT ALL !! We tried to call both your company and the companies the product came from, out of business from one company, no answer from other company and no answer from yours. Very pissed off right now”
