“I called them the same day I made the order to select a courier of my choice even if it meant I had to pay extra, their representative informed me that my order was processed through a different courier and I couldn't change it. I asked for a cancellation and was also informed that I couldn't cancel. They said my order was processed, strange thing given the fact that I haven't received a shipping confirmation yet.”
