“Order has now arrived thank you. My only advice would be not to ask for feedback until the customer has actually received the product. When I sent my previous feedback the computer did not allow me to send the feedback without selecting an 'overall rating' and obviously as the product hadn't been received I had no choice but to select 'very poor' when in fact I wasn't actually dissatisfied and still expected the product to arrive.”

“I was pleasantly surprised to see from the emails that my order was shipped on the day that I placed it and, quite remarkably for deliveries to the middle of nowhere in Devon , I was really happy to have my hands on it the next day, a Saturday. Very well done!”
