“We have place a few orders from JustOffBase lately, and has someone that buys tools and equipment regularly I have a good understanding of service levels, I expect good as standard and will complain if I receive poor and praise if I experience very good, but with JustOffBase it was exceptional. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, they make sure that the orders were processed without delay, and deliveries were made when they said they would. The best recommendation I can give is I have gone back twice more after the original order, and will continued to do so and have alread recommended them to friends, family and colleagues.”

“I have used JUST OFF BASE many times before and always find their products are in stock, delivered quickly, well packaged and always correct. If you have any issue or questions, email Tina and you will get impeccable customer service. If I need any tool, my first instinct is to look up the tool in google with the extra words "Just off base". Simples.”

“Easy ordering online, I followed my order by double-checking how quick the item may arrive within the recommended timeframe and immediately spoke to someone who could help. They told me Mon/Tue, and the item arrived Monday. All in all, excellent service!”

“I have been using Justoffbase for many years and their level of customer service is exemplary. Goods always arrive on time and when there was an issue with an item both they and Sealey handled it promptly and very efficiently. When a courier company caused a problem both Justoffbase and Sealey went the extra mile to resolve it and gave exemplary customer service. I cannot fault them and always look to them first when sourcing an item.”

“I haven't the faintest idea what it is I am reviewing as you haven't told me. Justoffbase? Can't really remember buying from them to be honest, although I suppose I must have amongst the dozens of things that I but online. Best of luck with whatever it was!”
