“Ordered item before christmas and still have not recieved the item, item has been lost as l have been told, so new item has to be sent out.”

“Parcel came very quickly -in a way too quickly! I had no warning of it being sent and thus didn't and couldn't make any arrangements for its delivery. Would it be possible to send a link to the parcel company so it could be tracked or at least anticipated, please? Great service and cheaper than Amazon, too -good stuff.”

“Follow the instructions and you want have any problems ,but you will Need someone strong to support the hatch until the person in the loft has screwed it in place .also make sure you have an impact driver to hand .mine works fine”
