“My item was delivered before I expected it and it was what I was looking for”

“Order on time and packaging undamaged.However gearbox fell off mower after less than 6 hours use and it pulled to the right when driving.Easy fixes as I am a mechanic,but irritating never the less.A P.D.I would have stopped this happening.Service from Just off base no complaints,but recommend they check machinery before dispatch,to prevent this happening to someone who would have to return goods.P.D.I cheaper in the end for all concerned!”

“Sealey Drum pump ordered from this company (Just Off Base) who had item dispatched to arrive next day. However, part of order missing which was a mistake by Sealey NOT Just Off Base. Having contacted Just off Base their sales team contacted Sealey and had the missing item dispatched ASAP. Excellent service form Sales staff.”

“The order was for a gazebo and the side panels. All of it arrived within a few days, including a weekend. That was brilliant. We put it up the day before it was needed, And that too was brilliant, because it rained overnight which taught us that the roof of the gazebo was NOT watertight. Not trusting the British weather, we managed to cover the roof with a large tarpaulin. During the middle of the event we had the most severe thunderstorm imaginable, but the tarpaulin kept at least a number of the guests from being drowned.”
