“pods are too expensive and barely last half a day. Having to charge it at least twice a day, waste of money, about as expensive as smoking for me, I’ll stick with the ecig I was using before. Such a shame because the design is cool.”

“Juul didn't make me happy. Pods dont last and has many bubbles which you have to tap out. The flavors are a no go. Myblu is way better! Chalk it up to loss of 50 bucks.”

“Tried Juul for 2 weeks. Cartridges are expensive, and they don't last very long. 8 out of 10 cartridges leaked through the mouth piece, covering my lips with the oils. Not a pleasant experience. I found another product that I consider superior to Juul.”

“Today I switched to NJOY. I went on the JUUL website to get a subscription in hopes to receive some promotions and discounts. I sent them my drivers license front and back so they could verify my age but I must have put something in the account wrong. They couldn't verify my age and deactivated the account and said I could never sign up on the website again. Its a one shot try. I think this system is ridiculous.”

“I'd like to stay that however Juul made battery - H46UWNKP - is how they should all be made. Juuls are not cheap and I've had to buy like 6 of them before I got this one, that I've had for months and its still the best I've found. My roommate Juuls and he always get defective ones. But for whatever reason this specific one works extremely well. I don't have trouble with spitting (unless the pod is defective) , the hits are big and usually consistent and the battery life is still great. So Juul, make more junk like this.”

“Lately I've purchaced a lot of defective pods. And they aren't cheap so back to smoking cigarettes until I find another product. They use to work great and I enjoyed it during that time but when you get the urge and it fails whats the point?”

“I have smoked for 35+ years, pack and 1/2 a day, and nothing has ever helped me to stop. Believe me, I tried EVERYTHING. I even smoked while wearing patches (pathetic, I know). I got Juul a couple days ago and I look in my ashtray and see 4 butts. It is cheap (live in Illinois at $12 a pack), paying around $4.50 a pod. I also have had no problem with the age verification on the website, leaky pods, or quick batteries. I have bought my last pack of smokes :)”

“Ok so besides the fact that Juul helped me quit smoking completely, after multiple attempts with other vapes/ e cigarettes... the Juul LITERALLY WONT BREAK. A month ago I thought I had lost my Juul and was panicking looking everywhere for it in my bag, car, you name it I couldn’t find it ANYWHERE. I then opened my car door.... and there’s my Juul.. I had closed my CAR DOOR ON IT. It literally bent the entire device to the point that it was at a approximate 150 degree angle and IT STILL WORKED. I still have it... 10/10 would recommend. Durable as hell. Love it.”

“GARBAGE, GARBAGE, GARBAGE, GARBAGE, GARBAGE! nearly every single juul pod I've used leaks into my mouth and it's the most disgusting thing you can imagine. The ones that don't leak into your mouth are either unvapable because they burn too hot or not hot enough and the rest are empty. This is just about the worst product of any kind that I've ever used in my life. If more than 90% of the juul pods are defective, then there's no point in buying the battery. This is just a terrible product all around.”

“This COULD be a great product! Really! But... I'm a little frustrated. Leaking pods and after a time, unchargeable device. Same reviews I’m reading over and over. I can really see this product help me quit cigarettes if they up the quality. It’s my favorite so far but it just won’t work. IF I buy another one (between my husband and I we have both bought two) I’m saving the receipt to see if I can get a refund or exchange.”

“What a joke. Bought Juul recently and what a rip off!! After a cpl days the pods tasted burnt and that nasty taste will NOT go away!! Pods leak out and get in your mouth constantly. At least 1-2 pods out of every pack have been halfway empty and literally ran out after 10 puffs!!! And again-this has been a repeat occurrence. It’s expensive and NOT WORTH THE PRICE!! Quality is sub-par!!! I’m done!! And CANNOT RECOMMEND TO SNYONE!!!”

“I switched to Juul after many years with a reg vape pen. I have not been impressed. Worked ok for about a week then it was all down hill, and every new pod I tried just tasted burnt and gross and it hurts my throat. And I tried 3-4 diff packs of pods. What a sad joke. Never again.”

“I smoke menthol, my boyfriend smokes full flavor juul. There's NOT MUCH DIFFERENCE AT ALL between the 2, except there is a very slight mint flavor if we get them mixed up. Can you all not make the menthol ACTUALLY MENTHOL not a semi- strong mint??? Seriously”

“So annoying! After a few uses it is difficult to get it charged. Further, I've now had three that will no longer charge. Also, the pods sometimes leak!”
