Moved out of state and they will no longer let me order. Also, last delivery before I moved went to the wrong house. Delivery service messed up.
Batteries go dead after a few weeks.
Customer service people seem very confused and offer no remedies.

Even before the pandemic I was unable to go to a store for my purchases, as I am a caregiver with no back up help for my mom who is home-bound, and we do all of our shopping online for delivery.

Albeit easy to use a quick to charge the pods provided by the Juul company are tasteless.
Thankfully its just as easy to refill the pods with an alternate liquid, although not reccomended (to make you keep buying tasteless pods) its absolutely fine.
I have to say i love the look of the device and the simplicity to it, quick delivery and everything was exactly as described (apart from flavours.)

I like the Juul but the pods run out to quick as you get a big glob of the liquid in your mouth and makes you want to vomit besides that they are good. I am a auto delivery customer. Juul please address the problem.

I smoke short ultra lights and the Juul delivers about 25% of the throat hit and very little "smoke" The battery will not last for an entire pod and the nicotine delivery is negligible.
