i decided to schedule a tutoring session for french and waited for TEN MINUTES after ten minutes i left and havent heard back from them I am VERY dissapointed If I could give a zero I do not recommend this tutor if you actually want your kids to learn because she probably would never SHOW UP!!!😡😡😡

Stay away from a Spanish tutor called Andrea Peña. That tutor does not value you as a student. They are very rude and don't reply to your messages. They purposely decline your sessions. They are not a good person.

It is concerning to hear that your learning goals have not been prioritized during your sessions. I have been trying to get Ka'Miyah logged in and ready for tutoring since it began and she has yet gained access to the tutoring sessions I've sent emails and so has she and still nothing. I can be reached at 854.246.9391 email Queenroyalase@gmail.com thank you - Mrs.Johnson

We can never get into the class even when we join class on the OLS. I have emailed multiple times to get us into this class with no help. And getting email saying he will be removed for attendence however we have tried to get in every day

Awful service with this tutor. This tutor Michelle Salman is the worse. She was not respectful with my kid , was late to session and had a horrible attitude . Not good at what she teaches , English.

Signed my daughter up for tutoring and never recieved email regarding date and time being approved. Only got email saying the tutoring was pending but they had no problems taking money out of my account. They said they couldn't refund me so I asked for another tutor date and no response. Definitely a shame. Would NEVER recommend this to anyone.

Not worth your time. After spending an hour reviewing all the profiles and watching their video clips, I picked the perfect tutor for my kid's needs. I then choose an appointment time that was listed on her page. On the day of the appointment, we logged in but couldn't get connected. I went back to the home page and saw that the tutor did not accept my appointment. However, there was no notification to alert us of this. Long story short, I repeated the whole process and got the same results again! I'm not even sure if this company is legitimate, but I can promise you they won't accept the appointment times you set up, even though you pick from their listed time slots. After 2 no-shows and no-calls, I didn't try a 3rd time.

My daughter scheduled a session. We received a confirmation email and almost immediately after, she received a message that her session was canceled. Not effective at all.
