“Used to be quite good for women's clothes, but in the last two years the quality has gone down while the prices have gone up. I don't mind paying for good quality items, but these days clothes are made with inferior fabrics and not well finished. I will pay off my account and then not use them any more.”

“Kaleidoscope used to be very good, I’ve been a customer for many years but recently it’s been disappointing to say the least. I’m at a loss to understand why they still offer next day delivery on some items but when you get to checkout it’s just standard delivery. Also I’m wondering why I should bother paying annual delivery charge when they keep offering free delivery so often.”

“Lovely clothes which are mainly good quality. However items are often unavailable or sold out or late delivery which never arrives. This is both disappointing and annoying. I have been a customer many years and have always had this problem. Company buyers need to be more proactive in sourcing reliable suppliers and order more stock!”

“I sent for a top and according to the tracker it had been delivered to my home,it had not as I was in all that day. I e-mailed them 3 times with no reply. Received my statement and the top has been charged to my account. I have been with kaleidoscope for a while so I am very disappointed and will no longer be shopping with them..”
