“The sleeves were bad. I told specifically for the sleeves until elbow. I also talked to one of your people. There is no option for that. So I wrote in the comments. I did not like the sleeves at all. I purchased the dress as I liked the sleeves.”

“Instructions for size were ignored and outfit so big that I had to take it to a seamstress and have it re-stitched. Additional cost was unacceptable for such an expensive outfit”

“I was not satisfied with the extra charges applied for some changes on the costume I ordered. There was no need for the extra charges as we are buying such an expensive dress. Overall collection was good.”

“I have purchased saree at the kalki fashion shop at santacruz Mumbai in month of February and on last week also. I have give my reviews of good experience.I get beautiful two sarees and very co operative staff was suggested and help me when I confused on selection. thank you so much kalki”

“Because I recieved it in Mexico pretty quickly and the dress is beautiful! I am so happy with this company. You are doing a great job! The top of the dress does not fit well, so i will have to get it fixed, that is the only problem I had. What can i do to get a better fit? Ask for a personalized fitting? I was about to ask for it but i didnt know if this would take too much time. Thank you, the dress is beautiful, Sylvia”

“I ordered two suits. I liked one of them and not the other. I wanted to return the other but they would not just take it. They just keep sending emails that they can work on the fitting. Also, they have a 24 hr return policy from the delivery date. If you happen to be out of station when the order is delivered then you can never return the product. If you order product from Kalki make sure you do not travel until you receive the product.”
