“Order was accepted and after the payment i was informed that the selected item is unavailable. Delivery of item was not made on the promised date. that ruined my celebration programme. Balance amount has not been refunded yet as there wasa price difference between the original item and changed one.”

“It was an awesome experience. The range of options available was endless with excellent quality. Reasonable pricing. The arrangements for bridal dresses trials and for the accompanying family members was simply superb. Staff were so courteous and helpful. Having completed the shopping of bridal clothes for my daughter, I would definitely recommend Kalki to all my friends.”

“Product quality was excellent and as per the picture, infact the Sari looked even better than the picture. However i have 2 issues...for my suit i had requested for cap sleeves and asked the customer servive staff on chat to amend the invoice and resend to me, and i was assured that it will be taken care and no need to amend the invoice...but the delivery came with long sleeves. 2) the saree blouse fitting was not very good and the tussle came in a torn condition.”

“Very bad company to work with. They advertised delivery Oct 17, then Oct 26, then Nov 15 then doubled the price from $199 to $398 Will never do business with this company again”

“I ordered a caped gown from Kalki and asked them to adjust the length. The gown fits like a glove, the material quality is excellent and arrived on time. Very happy with Kalki Fashion and will be ordering again very soon. Kam”

“After I placed the order, I have yet to receive a confirmation of the same from Kalki. Also I chose to submit my blouse measurements later. No one contacted me for the measurements. After I submitted them, no one responded. I am very disappointed.”

“Fantastic service and good quality, bought my first tailor made gown from this place recently, has good variety, amazing layover of stuff and access to it at the store, makeover of the store is customer friendly, staff is easy to communicate with and pleasantly helpful. I visited lot of stores and found this to have lot of good variety of lehengas & more surprisingly gowns. Bought dresses too in the past and wasn't disappointed. Rahat is the gentlement who attended me and my family and has been a pleasing experience. Highly recommended more so for to-be brides, this place will def. help to ease ur dilemma of D day shopping.”
