“The website can be made more easy to access. There are times when i see something and the next time I want to search the same apparel, it becomes difficult. Moreover there should be more offers coming up.. at times the items seem to be a bit too over priced. The good thing is the interactive chat and also the new reward system initiated. Regards, Komal”

“Both blouses I ordered are high quality, and stunning. They also arrived in the time frame I had requested. The only thing is, they run large. The XS (bust 33) is swimming on me. One of the boouses is easy to fix, but the zardosi blouse is more difficult to take in, so I wish they had been more true to size.”

“When I ordered my top it said that it would arrive by November 30th. It is now December 2nd and it just got shipped. I need it as I am leaving the country for a wedding tomorrow and I don't have it. I had to buy another top on amazon.”

“Very bad service, upon ordering a saree, I had asked what material it was however staff kept saying that they didn't know and would get back to me, however they never did. Eventually I had to buy the saree as I didn't have much time, received the saree and wasn't happy with it. It has been a week and I have asked to return it but I am unable to as it has been more than 48 hours. I am very disappointed and will not be shopping here again. I cannot believe that such a high classed store with designer sarees has such poor service.”

“I am always very happy and satisfied when it comes to shopping at Kalki. For my Indian wardrobe there is no other name other than Kalki that comes to my mind. Fantastic designs, excellent staff is all to boast about Kalki. Thank you guys for making my shopping experience so enjoyable. For my wedding also I will come there only.”

“i love the product but size was totally of the chart .i order size 6-8 usa and my top kurta was size 4 and my pant was size 10 ...I am very dissapointed with the size but material and quailty was better then expected”
