“The staff at kalki are absolutely wonderful. I have ordered both online multiple times and have never been disappointed. I live in the US and have at least 4 orders over the last year. When a blouse I ordered did not completely match they were quick to send another One that I felt matched better. I kept the old one as well. The best part of the process is their YouTube video to measure yourself. Every time I have my husband measure me the dress comes out absolutely perfect! I have had such issues over the years with tailors n India and their horrible measurements. I was assigned to the fact that I would never have nice fitting Indian clothes of my choice. Until I was introduced to Kalki. Now that has changed. Their customer service is amazing. When I visited India last dec I found a dress I really liked. I asked them to change the high collar. Unfortunately by the time the dress was done I had left for the US. So when I got it it didn't fit. I emailed kalki and they gladly took the dress back and had it altered with my measurements and I was able to get it back. I was very happy with their customer service. The clothes look exactly like the website. I have recommended this site to many of my family and friends and will continue to do so.”

“I vistied Kalki in Santa Cruz and after choosing a dress Imran and Rahat made sure I got everything I wanted! I was extremely happy with the service, I was told my dresses would be ready in 40 days, but they were ready in 7!! Which was such a pleasure because this meant I was able to try the dresses on before I went back to the UK. I cannot thank imran enough, your staff have made me so happy and I will be forever grateful. P.s I am in LOVE with my blue dress!!”

“The dress was as pictured and fit perfectly, The only thing to be aware of is that it came with 2 somewhat large bra cups. These are not necessary as the style allows for a bra, and makes it a bit "big" on top. If you have a bigger bust, maybe can ask for no cups.”
