“Kalki Fashion advertises well, but does need to improve on communication with customer and delivery time. I ordered two items; One Ready Made Blouse and One Half and Half Bandhani Saree with Gota work. It was promised that I would get my products on May 22nd but to my disappointment nothing came......even no email or text message. Only after I called several times the person said that my order was not ready. After two days I got an email stating that my blouse has been dispatched but saree is not ready. After several phones/emails finally the person said my saree is out of stock and I will get an email with a similar product that I can check out and order. Long story short. I am dis appointed with the Communication and delivery promises but my Ready Made Blouse was satisfactory and fitted well, that is why I gave a good review about product. Hopefully future orders will come on time”

“I would like to say that Kalkifashion is a great website and the customer service has been excellent. I ordered a Saree on the 3rd of May and received it on the 12th of May by DHL. The whole process has been hassle free and I was kept updated throughout. I was very impressed by the prompt delivery and would definitely buy from Kalki again.”

“Lengha arrived within 30 days as promised. Measurement of the lengha was perfect! Beautiful color, just as pictured. No complaints and will definitely buy more. I'm going to India for my wedding shopping and kalki will be #1 on my list. So excited!”

“Really satisfied with the prompt service and online help from Kalki Fashion. Very reliable site. The ordered saree was similar.However they should lower their price a bit. It's quite expensive. Some season sales would be good.”
