“Excellent customer service, I am very impressed and thankful. I needed the outfit a couple of days earlier than the scheduled date for an event ,and wrote an email to customer service. Response was quick and I got my outfit on time. Thankyou Kalki, I will definitely be a loyal customer.”

“I ordered from kalki for the first time and was very impressed with their customer service. I got emails from kalki on a regular basis if they had any question regarding my suits. “It was a great shopping experience with kalki fashion. I needed for my online purchase to reach my US address instead of my India address. Kalki did this for me for no extra costs and promptly. The item reached within two days. Also their online chat service was very prompt is addressing my concern and quickly providing a solution. Thank you once again!”

“Love KalkiFashion.com!! They carry the best designs at a very reasonable price. Ordering my anarkali suit was a breeze. Customer service is very attentive. I received emails along the way asking for my measurements, informing me when the suit had shipped and notifying me of delivery. They were with me every step of the way. “I ordered a banarasi sari and received a sari where the border and pallu were sewed on to a more plain sari. The pallu and border are not one piece with the sari. I bought this sari for my mom for a late Diwali present but not sure how I can give it to her. This is a craft hobby piece and not a sari.”

“Last time I had a bitter experience with the color. But still I ordered a dress with cream and blue color and it comes with a dupatta that has work on it. Very surprisingly, I got dress quick and it was worst than ever. The Zip of the dress does not move, it is in frozen condition, I got a plain dupatta (different from the one shown in the website), and the cuffs for the dress are of cheap quality and can be seen from the side clearly. Totally disappointed by the dress. Will never ever place an order and would never encourage any of my friends and relatives to get any dress from Kalki.”
