“ice used Kali twice so far. Each time the goods were delivered in 2 consignments . Apparently due to the quality department rejection. This has caused a delay of 15-20 days both time. Otherwise I find the site site quite good .”

“I seriously cannot recommend Kalki enough. I was looking for a website where I could buy a sari and have it shipped to the U.S. I've never worn a sari before and needed one for a friend's wedding. Kalki was amazing. I submitted my measurements for my skirt and blouse to be custom made and they contacted me by phone and email when they thought I measured something wrong and they wanted to fix it. They kept in touch with me constantly, sending daily emails, phone calls and texts about the status of my order. No more than two weeks after I ordered it, my sari arrived on my doorstep in the United States and I got a text when it was dropped off. The customer service is probably the best I have received anywhere. They're friendly, timely and communicative. And the sari is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen in my life! I cannot wait to wear it.”

“Good quality clothing. It's as per the photo. The idea of on line chat with customers service is good service provided by the company.You can chat at anytime and will get advice. Staff are polite and helpful! Latest fashion and some of the outfits are reasonably priced.”

“Before I place an order I always check via watsup if the item is in stock but after making a payment I'm told that the product has some issue. I always shop from Kalki fashion and my orders are always over £600. I would appreciate If you can please improve your service.”
