Hey Matt! Thanks for tying Kapow. Those are our compression shorts with the higher waist, we mention on the product page that this style has a higher waist that you can wear up or down, and is particularly good for belly support. Appreciate that these might not be for you. If you'd like a regular waist, we also do normal compression shorts that sit on the hips :)

Hey David! Just following up on your chat with Chelsea from customer service. We're really sorry the leggings didn't make it in time for your event – they were marked as undelivered and returned to us. We've gone ahead and refunded your order. “I really liked the look of these leggings and they are very high quality and well made. The problem I have is that they are way too long in the leg with the waist coming up far too high - so much so that I don't think I'll ever wear them. It would be good to have different options with regards to length for us guys with shorter legs.”
