“my order was stuck at the UK custom, and now I had to reject it due to the sudden high import fees”

Hi Andrea! Thanks so much for your review and yes, we hear you on the customs charges! Brexit has been a nightmare for us. The good news - we are about 1 month away from opening an EU warehouse which means you will be able to order without delays or customs charges very soon. I’m sorry about the current charges, we do our best to notify our site visitors with a site banner, information on our shipping & product pages & a notification on the cart page, but I totally understand that people might not see these! Either way we hear your feedback, and the new EU warehouse will solve these problems going forwards. Thank you!

“I love it. The only negative thing: I had to pay additionally 20 EUR customs duty and I do not really know why. A remark or something depending on the delivery location would be nice upfront.”

“The waist is significantly larger (2 inches) than other Kapow meggings that I have (same size, XL). The waist elastic band is already creased after wearing it one time. Returning. BTW I love the other Kapow meggings that I have.”

Hey Christoph! Thanks for your review, and sorry to hear the Acid Jazz compression shorts are too small. They are definitely a tighter fit for those that like a higher level of compression. Please let us know if you'd like an exchange.

“This was my first order and arrived pretty quickly and I was pleasantly size by the quality of them. I’ve bought similar items before and they were nowhere near as good quality. I bought a size medium and they fit just right. I’m happy and will probably be buying more in the future.”
