“I highly recommend KWH for their amazing professionalism, great staff, and wonderful creations. My first choice was one of the collections but I fell in love with Isabelle, one of the dresses off the rack. I felt so comfortable and beautiful on my wedding day. They even managed to accomodate me even I was running out of time as I was looking for a dress a month prior to my wedding day. Kudos, KWH! 🙌👏”

“Fantastic team. Extremely friendly. They were patient and worked with me until I found the gown I wanted to be married in. The alterations process was seamless also. Wonderful team. Very happy with the result and my wedding gown. The gown was incredibly comfortable and affordable. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dress”

“Went to 3 stores before stepping into Karen Willis, where I was greeted by the delighftul Dennisa. The gowns - Stunning! (The assemble your own gown is so clever, I loved it right away) The experience- extraordinary. The care, the energy and the tips and tricks, picked me right up after subpar experiences at other stores. If you’re a bride- you need to check this place out!”

“Oh my KWH silk Tiffany dress was stunning!! If you looking for a dress Emily @Brisbane KWH found perfect dress for me. Suited my body shape, was so comfortable all day/night and looked fab in the pics. The silk felt gorgeous and was beautiful for our first dance. Thanks lovely Emily!”

“I had the most amazing and beautiful experience with Sophie at the KWH Brisbane boutique today. After finding my dream dress online 18 months ago (well before getting engaged), it was one of five that I shortlisted for try-on today. Sophie was amazing in talking me through the entire collection, but also educating me on the Luxe gowns that I was already so taken with. I feel so lucky to have met Sophie, and had such a special (and quick!) wedding dress shopping experience. Beyond excited to receive my dress and wear it on our special day. Thanks Sophie & KWH Brisbane, I'm so grateful.”

“I chose my dress at the KWH store in Alexandria yesterday and I could NOT be happier about it! The first time I went in, I was served by Denisa, and as well as being super funny, lovely and honest, she definitely knew what she was talking about! She made me feel very comfortable and picked out some styles that suited me! Back in for a Re-try appointment - I am being helped by Jaz. Also really lovely, bubbly and funny! Helped me pick out the dress of my dreams by being honest about what suited my body and what made me look sexy but was also flattering! Will definitely recommend KWH to any of my future bridal friends!!”

“I am devastated, the quality of dress is shocking. The seam is not properly sewn, the back too, the front between the top and bottom connection is not sewn together, there’s a gap or I would say hole. The back of the skirt too has a gap/hole where the seam is not connected. I can’t believe this has literally happened to my wedding dress. And shockingly when I mentioned it to the shop manager, she has advised me to get it done by my own seamstress, if she were to send it back to head office I will not get my dress in time for my wedding, but why do I need to go through such drama. The dress is not cheap and I wasn’t expecting this to happen. I can’t believe it. Regardless whether how you want to communicate with the seamstress to get it sorted, the quality of the dress when it arrive is shocking !!!”

“Had a wonderful first appointment at KWH Armadale from the stunning dresses to the staff. Lauren took her time to make me feel comfortable in my appointment and the various dresses I tried on. Lauren was really helpful in suggesting dresses / pieces I hadn’t considered but ended up being the pieces I loved the most! Lauren was very patient and kind which I really appreciated. I came to KWH with a specific style in mind and I was not disappointed at all, the quality of the pieces were beautiful I feel I have found my dream dress here. So looking forward to seeing the final piece on my day.”

“Staff was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in to the store to the final dress fitting. I felt very loved and looked after!
