“I purchased the Fontanne dress and it fit perfectly, we had our wedding at Zonzo and it looked so beautiful in the lights as it shimmered. I was very happy with my purchase and choice. It was comfortable to wear and I needed minimal alternations which was a bonus for me.”

“I had such an incredible experience at Karen Willis Holmes, Melbourne. I2 years ago I wore a KWH wedding gown for a bridal photoshoot in Wellington, NZ. I fell in love with the dress and almost purchased it for the future but didn’t as there was no wedding in sight at that time. When I got engaged this year the dress immediately came to mind so I emailed KWH with a photo from the magazine. As fate would have it the exact gown had just been updated and re released. I promptly made an appointment in the Melbourne store as I happened to be in Melbourne for a wedding a few months later. When the day arrived, Hayley really went that extra mile to make me and my family feel so comfortable, well looked and special. It was such an incredible moment when I tried on the dress and I loved it just as much as I did all those many years ago. We all cried and I walked out that day with my dream wedding gown. I can’t recommend Karen Willis Holmes enough. I’ll never forget the experience x”

“I had the most wonderful first time experience at the Melbourne boutique. I had to bring my 9month daughter with me and the girls could not have been more accommodating. It was the first time I had tried on any dresses and it was truly every girls dream in relation to bridal dress shopping. Due to the short turn around time to my wedding date I was able to secure a dress from the Sydney team which arrived the next day. I couldn't be happier with my dress and the wonderful KWH team.”

“My stylist (Emily), the quality of garments (Aussies do it better) 🇦🇺 the customer service leading up to your appointment and everything inbetween. If you don't walk out with a skip in your step your at the wrong place. I needed a miracle and the girls and guys at KWH definitely delivered. My vision was brought to life with KWH, I got the timeless, i got the modest & the elegance with a splash of fun. Couldnt Recommend Emily my stylist enough, she was friendly, fun, patient, she very accommodating.”

“I can't speak highly enough of the KWH team. I was not feeling 'body confident' due to some extra weight, but the team made sure I was 100% comfortable in the dress and Denisa (Alexandria) helped me find one that complimented my figure. The team at the head office were great too and I'm glad I got them to help with alterations, they are transparent about being a little more expensive for hemming etc. but there's something special about working with the same dressmakers! Thank you KWH :)”

“I absolutely loooved my dress but I didn’t love the overall Karen Willis experience. I found my perfect dress & chose it on the day however I live 6 hours from Sydney which caused some difficulty picking it up when it was ready. I ended up just picking it up from head office - I was handed the bag and that was it. I didn’t get to try it on to see if it fit or if I loved it I just picked it up paid the remaining balance and left. For $4500 it definitely could have been a better experience. My sister recently got engaged and we went wedding dress shopping and decided not to go to Karen Willis as the overall experience was just disappointing so we chose a smaller boutique that looked after her from start to go and she felt like a very special bride.”

Hi Millie, Thank you for your review, We had attempted to contact you in October to book a "Check Fitting" (a 30 minute appointment to try on your finished gown and then collect it). When you called back in November, we did book you in for a Check Fitting appointment and Collection in December. As you arrived an hour earlier to your appointment, we were fully booked and unable to see you until that time. Our Fitter and notes confirmed, you opted to take your gown rather than come back at your scheduled time. Of course, we do want to make every bride happy and we're sorry that our schedules did not line up for your check fitting & collection. Unless a bride is under time pressure, we do not normally let our gowns out of our hands before a bride tries it on. We do pride ourselves on our KWH experience and from all notes on our end, you had a great time in our Sydney boutique. We really would appreciate if you revised your review.
