I have been buying from Karen Millen for over 20 years , but I am very reluctant to buy now , design and materials are very different to what it used to be , and returns are very poor , you Waite so long for a refund , so be very careful and keep your receipts to prove you have sent the items back ,

Only to be told Manager would say the same I have to wait until 31st of January before I can go through refund proceedure even though on Royal Mail tracking they can see it is going back & forth to different delivery depts.

I returned an item and Karen Millen is ignoring my request for a refund.
It has been going on for 3 months now and looks like I am out of pocket.
I would not buy from this company again, avoid at all cost as you are likely to lose your money if you need to return.
The majority of reviews say the same thing.
Please see image for the only reply I got. I have send multiple messages over the last 3 months.

Would not even give 1 star. Disgusting. Got order wrong, got it wrong second time, sent all items back said there was one missing so refund offered minus £100 approx, after many emails got refund minus postage of £2 which they charged me for their mistake. Never deal with them again.
