“ I returned 3 items to Karen Millen as they did not fit in the same parcel and they only confirmed return of 1 itme and have refunded 1 item only. It is impossible to speak to someone, only online or automated response. I would not buy again from this company as I have no confidence in the returns process. ”

You also don't get free returns if you want a refund or an exchange! They take an additional £2 as a return fee and don't refund you the £4.99 delivery cost even for an exchange. ”
