I returned an item on the 6.3.25 . Still no refund i have sent messages via text. Sometimes this is AI generated as it asks which country was my item delivered to. They have now said i will get my refund by the 27.3.25. Why does it take this long???
It is not fair holding onto customers money for so long . I bought my item on my amex account and will need to pay off the returned item now which i do not even have. This has really made me reconsidering purchasing online with KM
Please improve your returns service it is not good enough!

I have been buying from Karen Millen for over 20 years , but I am very reluctant to buy now , design and materials are very different to what it used to be , and returns are very poor , you Waite so long for a refund , so be very careful and keep your receipts to prove you have sent the items back ,

I returned 3 items to Karen Millen as they did not fit in the same parcel and they only confirmed return of 1 itme and have refunded 1 item only. It is impossible to speak to someone, only online or automated response. I would not buy again from this company as I have no confidence in the returns process.

They have a very tight returns policy, no flexibility, Paul from customer ‘care’ was the least caring person. One email and then ignored all emails after that. Quality not there, would never buy from them again. Wished I’d read these reviews before ordering.

I have always worn Karen Millen but after 35 yrs I will not be shopping here again, Do not order from Karen Millen if you don’t intend on keeping the item, the returns portal does not work & they do not accept e mails you can only contact them using apple.
What a shame this company is now run into the ground along with their reputation

I am happy with the quality of the items I ordered but having having no free delivery options regardless of what you spend is unfair.
You also don't get free returns if you want a refund or an exchange! They take an additional £2 as a return fee and don't refund you the £4.99 delivery cost even for an exchange.

Wish I could give less than 1 star.
The worst ever returns system.
Doesn't work. Impossible to navigate
If (big IF) I ever need to purchase from them again & need to return I will send to their head office by a secure signed for method.
Only ever use PayPal & only every correspond via PayPal.
Conclusion: lovely clothes. Shambolic operation.
