“These Karrimor Tempo 5 training shoes were ordered in the normal manner (online) and arrived at the chosen store after just a few days. The trainers are actually slightly better looking than the online illustration. So, so far so good.”

“Items ordered were delivered in good time. However when pack opened I discovered each item had been reduced by £2. A sales sticker was attached to all three items showing a reduced price of 99p. Should my order total have been reduced by £6?”

“Paid £9.99 plus next day delivery, only to receive it with a massive discount label stating 4.99... Still charged full price... What a joke. Clear plastic was crumpled so impossible to use touch screen, had to fill it with socks to fix it”

“I have been overcharged extortionately I am trying to send an email to the company for socks I paid £12.99 per pack. I ordered 2 packs. Plus £6.99 for delivery then they arrived with retail stickers on marked down to 2 packs for £10.. so I want a refund and an apology”

“I received the item today, on Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2019 (2 days earlier than the estimated delivery time). Everything went ok with the carrier DHL UK. I'm so impressed with the Karrimor X Lite Waist Pack Blue color. Excellent product. I'm lovin' it!!! Very fashionable, of good quality and well-sewn product. All Karrimor's products are of great quality. Karrimor X Lite Waist Pack's gonna be very useful when I go hiking or wherever I have to go. I love purchasing items from the UK. Thank you KARRIMOR. Since I put the ordered item in the basket, they sent the item immediately. I'm so much satisfied with KARRIMOR.”

“I bought a pair of shoes for £59.99. They arrived promptly but in a box marked "50% off" and with a price of £29.99. So I was charged double the current price. I returned the shoes and will not deal with this organisation again.”

“Great product. Ordered four two pack bundles of socks. Only three of the two packs arrived as the fourth two was out of stock. No works on when this item will be delivered or if my card will be credited as they did not arrive. But must say I love socks.”

“I was big fan of Karrimor for years, good quality clothes for good price until last week. I decided to buy two dry bags 10l I received just one with invoice for just one. Second disappointing thing was that I pay 9.99 each and on box I received price was 4.99 reduce to clear. Looks like I got real bargain I pay for two received one pays 9.99 each when cost just 4.99 . What happened to you Karrimor Team????????”

“I received my order yesterday, only to find that , when I opened the parcel, the item was marked with a large price tag stating that it cost half what I had been charged for it. I tried phoning immediately and asked questions on your Facebook. Since I have had no reply , I phoned my credit card provider , John Lewis . They are sending me forms to fill in so that I can find some redress for this matter , if indeed I can get no satisfaction from you otherwise. Perhaps you can sort out this matter for me. Otherwise, I shall proceed through John Lewis with my complaint and shall not buy from you again , which is sad as I have been very satisfied with Karrimor previously. I sent you a photo yesterday to your Facebook page.”
