“I don't normally write reviews. I'm really happy with the product but I paid £79.99 and the box said 'sale £39.99' so I feel hard done by and that the company hasn't been honest!!”

“Product was good when delivered but charged £39.99 for sandals that when arrived had clearly already been marked down to £19.99 on the sandal and the box, no contact details on invoice regarding how to complain about this. Would like difference refunded please.”

“Carrier say they delivered, but i have not recieved my goods, payment has been taken. Hermes say they can't investigate until Karrimor request them. I have emailed several times and had no answer back, and still no delivery.”

“Bit confused, I thought I was buying from the great British mountain co. Apparently, not, no logo roundel on left sleeve Is it possible to buy such a logo seeing I am not eligible for one with a purchase”

“I got the Antibe sandals twice from Karrimor. They are superb in quality & comfort. I had the first pair for over 10 (ten!) years & decided to buy them again because they were just about to begin to wear... Excellent for walking. I can't praise them enough”

“2 pairs of socks ordered on 23rd April. Still no show on last day of the month. How hard can it be to stick them in the post and get them to me within a reasonable time?”

“I’d like to give a positive review but unfortunately I can’t. I ordered two tops for my husband’s birthday at the beginning of March. One of the tops had a release date of 8th April which was plenty of time to receive the tops for his birthday. The 8th April came and went with no tops being delivered and no word from Karrimor. I emailed customer service and was told the tops wouldn’t be delivered until the release date but the release date had passed! Three times I contacted customer service to obtain an update and received little information so I was no further forward. One of the tops arrived on my husband’s birthday but no word or update on the missing top. I would chase but I have no faith in receiving a response. Awful service which has put me off using Karrimor which is a shame as my husband likes the products.”

“I was not too happy with price as on the box it said the price was 32.99 (discount of 50%). However, I was charged the full price of 65.98? However, I was very happy with the speed of delivery.”

“Received goods re order KARR40000064942793 delivery and goods fine, problem is that the goods have a sticker on 50% off, ,£5.99 rather than £11.98 paid by me for each one, ordered 2. Would like a refund for difference or would accept 2 free of charge of the same as the original one's gift for grandchildren. Tried online response but not option, neither was telephone. Please resolve.”

“I sent for 2 Pairs of Thermal gloves £13.99 each. When they arrived the label attached to them said £6.99 each. I was disappointed because I had paid £14.06 too much. I was pleased with gloves but nobody likes being duped”

“Dear Sir/Madam, I am utterly appalled! My sandals have arrived and fit well, they are decent quality and I need/want them. But the box they arrive in is labelled "Up to 50% off" and has the price as £26.99 - NOT the £54.99 that I have been charged. Unimpressed!”

“The socks are great. Just what I wanted but they had stickers on with very different prices to those I paid! They came from Sports Direct and should have been £4.99 not the £11:99 per pack that I paid! Not a mistake I will make again.”
