“I thought the service was great until you delivered was a jacket with a reduced price tag of 39.99, 50%off. I paid 79.99 less than five days ago!!! How come??? I am definitely NOT happy. No one has responded to this nor to my email. There seems no easy way to lodge a complaint. Thats why I rated your service very poor.”

“Have ignored my repeated attempts to contact them over a replacement part for a broken product. I now own a useless rucksack as I cannot get a chest strap for it. Awful customer service, and judging by their facebook page I am not the only one left in this position. These are not quality products that you want to be going outdoors with. Avoid like the plague.”

“Bought a product from Karrimor at £29.99. The item arrived with a tag stating it's on sale for £14.99. Turns out it's just been shipped from the Sports Direct warehouse as they own Karrimor. Email (to Sports Direct customer service) is the only way to option for Karrimor customer service. Received no reply from customer service when I complained about this.”

“Worst service ever paid extra for overnite delivery but also paid extra for a Saturday delivery PARCEL DIDNT ARRIVED VERY DISAPPOINTED but to make matters worst the items arrived on the Monday with discount tags showing on both items 50% off but I paid full price what an insult.....”

“You sent me the product I bought with a price tag at half the price you charged me. I contacted customer services who try to claim it was an old promotion which clearly isn’t true as it is still advertised at that price. Your customer services are now not replying to my emails, initially refusing to credit me the difference.”

“Very bad experience. I ordered a sandal for my son from Karrimor website and after spending £42 I got the cheap and wrong item, which is priced as cheap as £9 on sports direct website. Not happy at all”

“I paid £49.99 for each pair of trainers. The boxes arrived with 50% off stickers. One priced at £36 the other £24.99. If you are going to rip off customers, you need to remember to take off the discount stickers. Will be sending all back. appalled.”

“I purchased a pair of ladies Killy sandals from Karrimor, unaware it was via the Sports Direct website priced at £59.99. On receipt of my order (2 days later), the box was marked with a large red, black and white sticker 'mega value'. I then checked the website again to find the sandals had been reduced to £26.00 (and had obviously been reduced when my order was packed otherwise this sticker wouldn't have appeared on the box). I then contacted the Sports Direct site (queuing for 20 minutes on the 'phone). The lady was extremely unhelpful and flatly refused to refund the difference in price, basically fobbing me off. I then asked to speak to a supervisor which she refused and instead gave me an e-mail address to contact, which I did, two days ago. I am still waiting for a reply. This is the first time I have shopped with either Karrimor or Sports Direct, and despite the good quality of the sandals, it will certainly be the last.”

“I have been charged the full amount of £69.99 but when the trainers arrived the sticker on the box says they are 50% off, can you tell me why I have been charged the full amount and can I be reimbursed?”

“The on line price for what I ordered was almost £60. When the goods arrived they were tagged as costing £24 in store. Still waiting for a response from my email to complaints dept - no phone number either”
