“Very Uncomfortable and unfortunately a significant reduction in quality of previous items from Karrimor. Could only wear with socks and even then not able to wear for more than 5 minutes. Return policy will also leave you out of pocket unless the item is “defective”. Strongly advise avoiding.”

“The item I received had a sticker on it saying 50% off whereas I was charged full price. I’ve already contacted you to request to be refunded the difference. I also think the shipping costs are extortionate.”

“Over charged Item arrived 4 days after ordering, good delivery. On the box a pink ‘Sale’ sticker showed this item was reduced to £29.99 I paid £59.99 plus £4.99 delivery Dan at my local Sports Direct in Southport explained Karrimor Summit shoes were in fact £29.99 but Karrimor online systems were experiencing problems and were unable to show sale prices. Dan gave me Sportsdirect web CS phone number. After many failed attempts to get through I was in a queue at number 10.......at number 3 I got the message i’d heard numerous time “I’m sorry, we are experiencing high call volumes, please try again later” I’ll return the shoes at a cost to myself. Based on my experience- what’s the betting I lose two delivery costs! Hope I’m proved wrong”

“Love your products. Lost a rucksack and ordered a new one (sadly not in the beautiful grass green of my first one) and got it swiftly as required. Opened the package and saw that although I'd been charged full price for the item it had a half price discount tag on it. Big mistake Karrimor. If I wasn't returning it I'd demand a refund.”

“They sent to me a different size from my request. And according to them it's my faut: "Please be advised that the information on the website, is only there as a guide and not a guarantee, if you were unsure of any of the sizing you could of emailed through to us to look into this for you. If you wish to exchange the product you will need to follow the standard returns procedure, I hope this helps." If I wanto to exchange, I have to pay for it. Disgusting. Karrimor...nevermore”

“Very disappointed I paid £74.99 for these boots and they came in a box with a sticker on showing 50% discount to £37.99!! Please contact me, if a discount cannot be credited I will have no option but to send back and demand my money back. I feel very let down”
