I was disappointed in the "cut" of my Karrimor jacket. The image shows what looks like a slim fit style - but the jacket had clearly been pinned onto the mannequin in order to create that effect. The jacket I received is very oddly cut. I tried 2 sizes and even the small size is too long in body and sleeve length. I can see now why this particular jacket was so heavily reduced in the price.

You at at least wait with the review invitation until the goods had a chance to get here... And I am pretty sure I de-selected the "send me more emails" option.

Delivery should be free, no pre paid return label included in case product is not the right fit. All in all poor service, charging for every little thing possible, could learn from superdry and other brands on how to provide good customer service.

To Karrimor Dear Sirs, I bought a Rucksack Karrimor "Sabre 60-100" (Product code: 798028) and 2 Karrimor Sabre PLCE Rucksack Expansion Pockets (Product code: 798001). All these products have arrived in conditions but I ask where are the straps for the two expansion pockets and the waist strap to the body ?? Where? For this package, that arrived today my home (19/01/2016), I paid 214, 98 Pounds. I wonder if it is normal to send two 2 Karrimor Sabre PLCE Rucksack Expansion Pockets without the two straps and without the waist belt for the body? It doesn't make any sense these two pockets without these two accessories. For me it is the same as selling a Rucksack without straps! When they are separated from the Rucksack Sabre 60 Backpack-100, these two small expansion pockets form a small backpack or I am wrong? I will be wrong? Otherwise the Karrimor, for me and as a cliente, is a disappointment. I'm sorry to have to say this but I spent some time to save money for this package! The Mil-Tec brand (German product) ,sells this kind of Rucksack expansion pockets with the two straps and the waist belt for the body and the Mil-Tec brand doesn't have the same quality of Karrimor. I don't understand your products / rucksacks supply in this type of market. The brand Karrimor has a superior quality and do this? Do I have to pay more money to have the straps and the waist belt for the body? I apologize if I'm wrong! Gentlemen, this is my first order from Karrimor. I am unable to comment as I received this email and have still not received email saying that my goods are ready to pick up at the local DW store. Ordered on Sunday. It is now Thursday and I received this yesterday. Email on Sunday said that order had been processed.

Ordered 3 pairs of trainers. They arrived very quickly. My wife's trainers were not the right trainers in the box which is a inconvenience. Easy for people to say there is more choice online. What are we all doing? Buying blind

Karrimor ask for feedback but don't give any themselves. No email confirmation of my order, no tracking of delivery. They romise to send an email when the parcel is ready for collection, I hope that arrives - last 'normal' day for that is today.

Click and collect was slow. When my boots arrived the box had size 9.5 on it but the boots inside were size 10. I this is to be put right it will take up even more time. This experience discourages me from further shopping on-line

Haven't heard anything since ordering about delivery dates etc. Don't expect this level of service after paying £5 for delivery

Ordered one item, it took 5 days to come and it was the wrong item in a wrongly labelled bag. Sent back and so incurred more postage than item was advertised for!

I am very pleased w the product quality.However, the sizing was a problem.While the fleece fitted my son, the jacket was enormous and so I will have to return the product.Sports Direct seem to have a policy of not refunding but of giving credit.I would like my money back unless there is a suitable size of both jacket and fleece.Otherwise I will be very dissatisfied with my experience as a customer.Please contact me about this .My number is07527324564.Thankyou very much.Until then, I cannot fill in a score as I don't wish to post a low one.

I am very disappointed, not with the products, but by the level of service. I paid extra to have next day delivery which didn't arrive but neither the despatch company nor Karrimor have got back to me. I shall be asking for a full refund.
