“I have a question, I recieved a note from DHL, tellen mi that I have to pay cl$ 79.000 for the shipping and taxes, that suppose was paid to you. This is the first time that I reciev this kind of note from DHL. Few years ago I bought über pair of rugby boots and I don't payd nothing extra. Can you answer? Thanks”

“Next day delivery paid for, but didn't arrive! What's the point of next day delivery if it turns up after 2 days? Disappointed, to say the least!”

“I cant fault the service regarding postage. Sadly though, when i wore the walking boots, i walked through long grass and the left one leaked, despite the boots being waterproof. Made for a very uncomfortable long walk. To be fair, i have not yet had chance to contact Karrimor to give them opportunity to rectify this”

“Ordered shorts and t shirt in medium arrived quickly had to pay £5 delivery shorts right size tshirt was 2 size to big and you have to pay again to send it back that's just a rip off why can you not just take it back to sports direct where I collected it from I took my son to sports direct the next day and he needed X small vest the medium gone in the bin”

“Was told last Wednesday the order was being processed but still not received anything. Ordered another item the following day with another company and it arrived today!! Such a shame really disappointing”

“Karimore aka Sports direct despatched order promptly, unfortunately the whole process was let down by the astonishingly bad choice of delivery courier - aka YODEL. If I had known it would be delivered by YODEL I would have chosen an alternative vendor. I picked next day delivery and am still awaiting delivery (the yodel site says it been out for delivery for > 24 hours)”

“I was so excited to be getting a new pair of Karrimor boots. I have had a pair previously and couldn't stop raving about them. My husband was travelling to the UK, we live in South Africa, and he bought me 2 pairs for my birthday. I don't know if I was more excited to see him or my new boots. So imagine my complete disappointed when the boots arrived and one of the pairs although labelled size 5 seems to be at least a size smaller. Even when you put them side by side or run the soles together the other, one pair, the one that fits is much bigger than the other. I am happy to send photos for your perusal. The reason you are only getting this mail now is because my husband only got back to SA last night. I look forward to hearing from you.”

“Ordered size 9 one shoe came 9 one 8.no phone number to complain.only option is to return and pay postage.why should i pay postage when youve messed up?? Very unsatisfactory”

“Goods received promptly. However, a little disappointed with the actual sandals. I purchased these as a birthday present for my husband, he is a size 7. These sandals are extremely small and narrow fitting and do not really fit him. Although a pre-printed returns label is enclosed, the cost to return is down to the customer. Unfortunately, it doesn't make any sense to return these for an exchange to incur more expenses, and if a size 8 still aren't right, then to return these plus the cost of the original postage would mean that I had paid more out in postage than the cost of the actual sandal. I don't think I will be buying Karrimor products off the internet again.”

“I had requested (and paid for) next-day delivery, but Yodel did not deliver for two days. In addition, when the driver did eventually arrive, he refused to bring the package up to the second floor, leaving it instead in the entry way, claiming his truck did not lock. The ordered boots were to replace beloved Karrimor KSBs from the late 1990s and the product was not the same in terms of fit and comfort, so I am returning it for a refund. Not a good experience in any aspect.”

“Feeling disappointed. I couldn't believe I found Karrimor in a Sports Direct When I asked staff "is this The actual Karrimor?" they replied "yes".. Sports direct didn't have my size Instead of going on line to sports direct I went to the original Karrimor site to order I prefer in going to the direct suppliers as this assures quality I ordered 2 pairs so I could return 1 after trying them both out My preferred pair were not only too small (size 6 comes up as a size 5 in this design??) But they were also not made correctly The heal was so bad that it would have caused my run much pain These were the most expensive pair on the web so I was left confused This was not the Karrimor I have grown up with as a hiking boot buyer I am I have since found out that they are not Karrimor, but Sports Direct shoes The name is just that, a name I feel disappointed as the staff assured me nad this was a mis sold product as far as I am concerned, especially as now the web site is not really karrimor, but a sports direct branch, which explains why all products are so so vastly reduced”
