“The product was perfect, but I am very disappointed with the delivery driver!!!! There is a note on my window saying: do NOT leave any parcel/letter at my neighbour next door (preferred neighbour in front of me) because I have a lot of problems with her and he left the parcel at her house!!!!!!! She did a hole in the parcel and the box containing the product was broken. Not happy at all because of that! Apart from that issue, the product was amazing!”

“I made a mistake and ordered two identical items however I asked to cancel one within half an hour of the order being placed. I was told this was not possible. The item was not shipped until 36 hours later amplease time for you to cancel the second item. Not happy!”

“Karrimor isn't the problem it's Hermes. The karrimor product is excellent however Hemes the delivery company are appalling. I had a confirmation e mail that my parcel had been signed for when I knew this was impossible, the parcel had in fact been left under my car . This is unacceptable and could easily have been stolen.”

“I was ordering 200 pounds and paid delivery very long delivery, I waited two weeks You are did not answer my questions about the exchange and return of goods very poor customer service no communication with the client”

“The item sent was similar to, but not the same as the item I ordered. The picture on the website showed the fleece with a zipped chest pocket on the left side. The garment I received did not have a pocket. I chose the grey fleece with the chest pocket rather than the cheaper blue fleece without the pocket, in a colour I prefer. So to summarise I spent more money on an item that was a lower spec in a colour I'm not so keen on.”

“One of the two things ordered, the rucksack, was cancelled due to no stock--so why was it still on the website for sale? On the website the same rucksack but a different colour was shown but was not given the opportunity to change it. An email was sent requesting thr other colour but there was not even the courtesy of a reply to this.”
