Karrimor customer service is the worst. I would never try to buy anything from Karrimor.

I placed the order on Thursday 11/01/18 at 16:30 - allowing me to opt for ‘next day delievery’ as the order was placed before 5pm. The order was due to arrive on Friday 12/01/18 (next day), I stayed in all day to ensure the parcel was delivered and signed for. The parcel, which I paid an extra £7.00 for to ensure it was here this weekend, has still not arrived and is currently showing as being at the National sorting hub, where it has been sitting there for almost 3 days and counting now - this must mean that it will be a struggle to be delivered for Monday, when nobody is in the house. I am not amused that I have paid for additional next day delivery for nothing, what’s the point in it? - surely I would have been better just getting standard delivery.

I need to return my order. There is no paperwork inside the packaging and the website, for some reason won't allow me to go beyond first page. There is no telephone number either. I'm having to leave a negative review regarding such a matter that could have been resolved within a matter of minutes. So frustrating.

I ordered my item on 29/12/17 and paid extra to have it delivered by 3/1/18. It is now 9/1/18 and I have still not received it. I looked for a contact number on thr website but nothing to be found. I have emailed and heard nothing back. Terrible service, will never buy from here again.

I ordered a hot crag insulated jacket which i'm going to send back for refund as the stitching is very poor quality and has don't been manufactured well or quality checked - so i'm not impressed. Plus i now have to spend money on post to return this poor quality item

I ordered a sweat top which arrived on 4.1.18. Upon opening it I noticed a hole in it, I took photos, e-mailed them to you and have had no response from you. Disappointed.

The product never arrived and you have refused to deal with the courier company who refuse to speak to me. This behaviour is indicative of everything your company stands for. I insist this situation be resolved within two working days.

I have been a size 6 for 30 years. I bought size 6 karrimor boots and I can hardly get my feet into them. I have emailed to ask if I can exchange at a shop (as I clearly need to try them on as your sizing is faulty), however, I am still waiting for a reply and my return time limit is almost up. Additionally, I resent having to pay return postage when this is clearly not my fault.

I ordered a jacket online and paid extra for next day delivery... its been 5 business days and the item has still not been delivered. Hermes won't give me an update on my package due to contractual arrangements with Karrimor and there is no phone number to call Karrimor. Karrimor is has not replied to my emails other than to tell me they will get back to me in 1-5 work days... maybe longer in busy periods. Not acceptable. I was going to take the jacket on a trip... very disappointed - packages go missing but if you are going to offer online sales, at least provide support and answers when things go wrong.

I will give you a full rundown of your performance. I purchased two items from your website (a 3n1 Jacket and a Mount Mid Navy Boots), in addition to this I paid for next day delivery (which was for December 20th) .. My 3n1 Jacket arrived ... With the package opened (in just a plastic bag for wrapping) Which had a separate postage label attached. I have not received the boots, Which I paid for: I have try'd to phone you (but you have no number... and I've emailed you and left you messages via facebook) ... I have also contacted DPD Isle of Wight for a response their end. (The item arrived at their depot in a damage and unstable box) the box was compromised and my boots are still at the Isle of Wight Depot (they had placed the boots under lost and found) as there is no postage label on the boot's box. So far you're liable for the following 1) A refund of the FULL POSTAGE and PACKAGE fee (This was an express delivery fee) 2) A Full Refund of the Boots, if they do not arrive within the next week (deadline is 28th) 3) A huge discount on a next purchase (at least 40%) If all 3 of my demands are not met in full.. then I would be more then happy to SUE YOU for breach of the contract I made with you. and a nationwide advertising media campaign explaining exactly how you have treated me ALL OVER FACEBOOK (I have over 900 contacts who would be more than happy to resend over and over again) Mr Damion Turner.

I ordered a pair of walking trainers on Dec 13th at 9 pm., paying for Express Delivery. Today is 22nd Dec and they still have not arrived and Karrimor Customer Services just gives an automated message saying that they are busy. Extremely poor service. Will be pursuing recompense through the Credit Card company

The order took longer than it should have to arrive (we ordered from Van Mildert at the same time and it arrived days before) and then one item was a larger Large than everything else we've ever bought from Karrimor which was a bit annyoying and we thought we'd exchange it but didn't realise it is not free returns (this is not very good for a company these days at all) and because we don't live in the UK the timing of sending back within the time etc would be extremely hard but even worse is the 'information' on the website is the poorest I've ever come across, and not even able to find a phone number to ring and speak to a person! Really rubbish website and way to run a business. I don't think we'll be ordering from Karrimor in the future. Terrible.

Order was placed on Dec. 13th and paid extra for click and collect. It is now Dec 19th and package has not yet left Hermes.
