“Been a fan of Karrimor for the last 20 years, whether its been my trainers or walking boots they always get the right balance of comfortable but sturdy. This time around the delivery was quick and my trainers came undamaged, but I cant help feeling a bit hard done by when I saw the reduced by 50% shop price emblazoned on the box. Ach well, that's my hard cheese.”

“I think they forgot to put elastic in the waistband of the size 6 capris that I bought... I've since bought some size 8 and 10 ones in the same style in a store, and these are too big for me, but at least the waist can actually stretch to go over hips (which I don't know if they've noticed, tend to be larger than your waist). I don't know why the size 6s in this style are made differently to the other sizes (the ones in the store were also not able to stretch much at all), but I'm quite disappointed, as I have owned and loved a size 6 pair of Karrimor running capris for years and they're still going strong.”

“I ordered the Urban 30 rucksack to replace my daughters previous urban 30. The measurements on the website matched the previous rucksack, but the one which arrived was at least 2 inches smaller vertically & 1 inch narrower. No customer service number to ring and only pre-set questions on the ‘contact us’ so called help page. I have sent it back but have been charged postage both for delivery and return. I will not be ordering from Karrimor again. Very poor customer service and incorrect info for the product :(”

“When the rucksack was delivered it had a big promotion label attached saying there was a 50% reduction on the price To say I feel disappointment is correct! Photo attached”

“Im order arrived. When I opened it I found that the invoice showed the price as stated on your website, however, both packs of socks had reduced stickers on them. Both were reduced from £11.99 to £5.99. As well as this there was also stickers which stated that they were 2 packs for £9, making them even cheaper that the reduced price! If this had been reflected on my invoice and the difference been refunded to my PayPal account I may not feel so ripped off. I bought these in good faith for my son for your website and it no point expected them to actually come from Sports Direct, as this was not made obvious on your website.”

“My last pair of Karrimor Hiking boots have lasted for twenty years, so far, with just one re-sole. Still comfortable, hard wearing and water tight. Great for wearing while walking in the hills or dancing in the mud of a festival weekend. My son has grown and keeps borrowing them, so I have treated myself to a new pair.”

“May I suggest next time you remove the heavily reduced SportsDirect labels from your clothing before posting. My son was horrified to find out he could have got the same clothes for 65 pound from SportsDirect instead of the 189 pound Karrimor charged. Needless to say we sent the whole lot back and we’re quite offended by the labelling taking us for a mug. Having been ripped off before my son will only use original legitimate websites such as yours, only to find heavily increased prices from what is available in other stores.”

“Jacket was perfectly fine and everything that it was advertised as. My gripe is that I paid £80.00 yet when it was delivered there was a 50% discount sticker on the jacket advertising the jacket for sale at £40 so I paid £40 more than needed.”
