“I ordered a replacement pair for a style which I'd been very happy with and which wore out. This time the style was strangely changed, with hardly any profile into the arch of the foot. From above, the left and right shoes look identical in outline! Because of that and the additional padding around the ankle, they look and feel like magnified toddler shoes.”

“my fleeces cost me 35 quid or thereabouts - when they were delivered they had a 50% off sticker on them for 17.99 i felt you had ripped me off by 35 quid and will accept either a refund or another two fleeces please”

“No issue with quality or service, but I paid $54.99 and the product arrived at my door with a bright pink “sale” tag listing the price of this product ad $29.99. I still paid full price as agreed upon it I slap in the face when it shows up with a 50% sale price that I was apparently ineligible for.”

“Swift efficient delivery but when coat arrived sealed in its bag there was a 50% off(£69.99 down to £34.99) ticket attached to it. I wrote to your customer services asking for the difference to be refunded... they said no I have to pay the full price! At the very least do not send items out with these tickets on if you are not honouring!! Still feel it should be refunded!! Looking into this further! certainly will not order online again!!”

“My Karrimor Dri Sock 2-pack is just what I wanted. I've used these before and they are my favourite running sock: waterproof, soft and well-shaped. Running is just more comfortable in them, especially on our local boggy moorland. (I do use running shoes too, naturally!)”

“Your products are awesome, well made, both Predator 80-130 and 45 packs are tough as nails with the greatest accessory capabilities on the market. Fast shipping even from over seas. Looking forward to PLCE olive side packs when they are available again. Same with hydration system when available.”

“This is the second Karrimor bag I have bought as it is a great product. However I was extremely annoyed to find that after paying full price for the product, it arrived with a price tag of half price on it for £17.99!! I tried to contact both Karrimor and sports direct and both websites make it impossible to complain!! Thankfully the opportunity has arisen through this...”
