“You are not doing very well at all .Delivery of my order should have been on the 15th Oct I paid a premium for that and it is now the 17th.I want that premium refunded please. So when will I get my trainers then?”

“I ordered a three pack of heavy weight boot socks on line, £11.99. Actually paid £16.98 including P&P. When the socks arrived they had a sticker on stating up to 50% off, now £5.99! Not impressed at all.”

“Although I love your products and have many, my recent experience shopping on-line has left me extremely disillusioned with your morality and ethics and response has been so disappointing -- so much so that unless I get a satisfactory explanation, I will certainly not be shopping Karrimor -- or at least Sports Direct ever again”

“Karrimor was always a good brand of quality products and I have been a supporter for many years. However, I understand that Karrimor no longer manufacture anything and the brand name is owned by Sports Direct. I think it’s disgracful that a karrimor product on the Sports Direct website is half the price of the same product on the Karrimor website, when it’s all part of the sane company. Caveat Emptor!”

“It is somewhat disappointing, irritating and irksome to have ordered items directly from Karrimor's website (the branded supplier) only to receive those items in somewhat soiled plastic wrapping from Sports Direct with tags still attached marked 50% discount and with sticker prices half of what I hadpaid. Legal? Yes. Moral? Nope? Buy Karrimor again? When hell freezes over.”

“Wrong size sent. And to compound that annoyance there was a 50% off Sale price ticket prominently displayed on garment - but I was charged full price! I’m sending the jacket back. Not impressed with the service.”

“Sale items are sold at regular price. I noticed by looking at the price tag of the item that arrived. € 119 ⇒ € 70, € 69.99 ⇒ € 30 is too severe. I'd like you to return the difference. I liked Karrimor but I will not use it anymore.”

“I think this was Sports Direct's fault, rather than Karrimor, but I was charged full price for goods which, when they turned up, were clearly marked 50% off. Not fair, so I sent them back.”

“Hey Invoice Number: 76908307 Order Number =:KARR40000049126725 I got the package I found another coat from what I ordered, the product came with a sticker of 50% discount and I paid full. I also ordered two pants at a discounted price, one for a half price, but the measure are to smaller than my size. The other pants I paid full, I got more pants for which I paid a full price, I did not get a discount, and it huge from my measurements. In addition, I paid the cost of releasing the package from customs in the amount of 202 NIS. I am very dissatisfied with the shipping I received. As fast as possible, I want to return the products to you! I note that I will not receive back the customs payment for the package release I would be happy if you would come back with answers. “They asked me to write this review, but given the parcel hasn't yet arrived God knows why. Its taken several days, maybe its the Bank holiday or maybe they have a lousy delivery service. Certainly their computer link from sales to delivery is very poor!!”

“They sent to me a different size from my request. And according to them it's my faut: "Please be advised that the information on the website, is only there as a guide and not a guarantee, if you were unsure of any of the sizing you could of emailed through to us to look into this for you. If you wish to exchange the product you will need to follow the standard returns procedure, I hope this helps." If I wanto to exchange, I have to pay for it. Disgusting. Karrimor...nevermore”

“Very disappointed I paid £74.99 for these boots and they came in a box with a sticker on showing 50% discount to £37.99!! Please contact me, if a discount cannot be credited I will have no option but to send back and demand my money back. I feel very let down”
