“Although the delivery service was prompt I was surprised to see the ticket on the product. Men's running gloves, for which I paid £9.99. The price ticket on the gloves when they arrived had a discount /sale price on them of £4.99. I feel strongly that I have been overcharged by £5 and wouls welcome a refund. “You're asking me to write a review when your products still haven't been delivered. I stayed in all day yesterday and no delivery took place, although you e-mailed twice to inform me of different times when the delivery should appear. Apparently it should now be delivered today between 3-5pm although I'm not holding my breath.”

“Fast delivery, always great quality equipment. Only thing was that I had paid full price for my goods, but when they arrived they had half price labels on them, which was a bit annoying. Might be best if a customer has paid full price to remove any sale labels before sending.”

“I like Karrimor and have bought various outdoor products from them. However the gloves I bought I was disappointed, and annoyed to discover that after paying £19.95 + postage, upon opening the packet the gloves had a price tag on for £9.95 SALE! At least take the sale price tag off!”

“The shoes turned up and look fine, well made and fit. However on the box was a sale sticker indicating the shoes were on offer at £27.99 as this was the displayed price I believe this is what I should have paid!”
