“Sizing was completely wrong. I ordered my usual UK size 6 (EUR 39) and when the shoes arrived they looked very small. I could hardly squeeze them on my feet so they must be two sizes too small. Not only are they short in length, but the heel slopes inwards quite sharply. There is a very thick insole built up on the arch of the foot so the depth of the shoe is very shallow. When I checked the US size equivalent on the label inside the shoe it said size 7. I know that I am US size 8.5 which is given as equivalent to EUR39, sometimes shown as UK shoe size 6-6.5. But these shoes are just tiny. No return instructions given in the box. I am going to have to search the website to see how to do that. The next and only available size up is shown as UK size 7 and I'm not even sure if these will fit. Extremely disappointing.”

“I find it strange that you cannot give me a delivery day, even an approximate one, for my order. Also the tracking advice is strange - '' not to track until delivery'?? Any other online purchase I have made I get a delivery date. How am I supposed to know when to stay at home??”

“Brand new Karrimor Tech Approach shoe, on opening the box, the tongue wasn't even attached to the shoe on one of them. Very poor quality control. Returned for a refund immediately.”

“We seem to be having a few difficulties with this order. It was sent out to a random address: Neil Hopkinson 8 SPENCER ROAD, LONDON, LEICESTERSHIRE, UNITED KINGDOM E6 1HH When I spoke to MyHermes they advised they would resend it to correct address once they had confirmation from your customer service. I spoke to a lady in customer services on 25/9/17. The lady who started off not being very interested in helping me and was not at all interested in believing my confusion in the random address. She then advised me that she had arranged for redelivery to our correct address whilst I was on hold. We now have another MyHermes message, showing that the parcel has been returned to sender. Slightly frustrated! Trying to email a complaint but the form is not recognising our order number KARR40000039237707. It took an hour to get through to customer services on 25th, only successful after I persuaded a Karrimor shop assistant to transfer me!! perhaps someone will pick upthis from the review and help?!”

“I ordered 3 shirts (2x Large, 1x medium). You accepted the order. You informed me later that the large size is no longer available = first thing went wrong. I requested you to cancel the complete order. You ignored my request and proceeded and sent me 1 shirt = second thing went wrong. In the end, I had to pay more than 5 pounds delivery fee to Germany for just one shirt. For me a really bad business case. Therefore, I will not consider Karrimor for future orders for my family anymore.”

“If I had realised that Karrimor was connected to Sports Direct I would not have placed an order. I paid for delivery, the shoes were too small, I then paid to return them and am still waiting for the original postage to be refunded (which their website says they will do if the full order is returned). Telephoning them does not seem to be an option, so I am left feeling pretty annoyed with myself for bothering to do business with them.”
