I ordered (and paid for) next day delivery so that I would have walking gear for a walking event. I waited in all day, checking the tracking advice. At 17.12 -on the promised day of delivery-tracking told me that the courier was enroute. However, at 18.22 the status changed to: 'attempted delivery failure'.No attempt had been made to deliver to our home and no calls made to my mobile to let me know that the delivery driver was struggling to find me. There was absolutely no way to contact the courier service (myHermes) and no email address for sports direct- only a 'no reply' email address. I searched for contact details and filled in a form on the website (received a reply advising me to contact the courier !!!). My delivery was eventually made the following day at 17.00. The goods were heavily creased and some will be returned. Finally received an email on day 4 advising me that my next day delivery premium had been credited to me. A poor experience really and not one that I would either repeat or recommend.

I was in charge for carge pay for postage. and it is not described in the initial purchase.

I ordered an item, but it was cancelled and I was told to order it again using a different payment. I did so, but then the first item was processed, meaning I was charged twice for the same item. I tried to contact Karrimor for help, but got no response. I still have neither item and am getting worried. I really don't want to be charged for the same item twice.

was sent mans cap that measured 52cm. that is a junior size. now I have to post it back. probably £7 down the tubes for their mis selling. never again unless I get full refund.

Several questions were asked for 5 days without any answer! Delivery time is non-acceptably slow.

yes, the item in the plastic bag when i receive was open for Karrimor Cobra Cap the price that state in my invoice does not same the price was tag on my item, and the price that charge to my bank increase from the actual invoice that i was receive from email. i buy online, so i hope in online store you put the promotion to tell the customer like karrimor munro trs Moss - i buy one pieces online 17.00 in my invoice, your tag is 22.99 and your promotion is 2 for 34.00. i like your product and quality thanks

2 pairs of sandals size 4 for me size 7 for my husband. Mine were huge his were tiny. As they were the same style i would have expected them both to be either too big or too small so can only presume they were sub standard items

i think there is an error with the rucksack i ordered, because on the product info in the web site said that the Karrimor Jura 35 Rucksack the raincover was included, and the rucksack i recived there is no raincover.

Second time I ordered karrimor boots, first delivery I received a 4 left boot and 5 right boot, so sent them back , ordered a different boot a Valerie II snowboot, and the left boot has had someone write over the size and say its a 5 boot when clearly its not you can see underneath it was labelled as a 4, the right boot again is a 5, these have now been sent back at my cost again!!! last time I buy your products. No telephone number to call and the website does its utmost to divert you from calling by referring you to FAQs pages. POOR

I've previously bought great leggings in a store, and tried to repeat the success online. Unfortunately the ones I got online were nothing like the ones I got in the past. Both fabric and design were disappointing. The fabric was of very poor quality, unpleasant to the touch, transparent on the bum, the waist was too low and they were too tight in the crotch. After a few attempts they went to the bin. Price-wise they cost the same as the ones I got in a store so I'm very disappointed with this purchase.

The charge in my account has been made, but I cannot track where is my order now. The reference given by vnDirect does not give any results in Seur, so I do not know when it will be here, or even if it exists! I would appreciate any info about this situation, please. Thank you in advance.

Although I have yet to receive my oder, a request from DHL to pay a further $21.70 Canadian for duties and taxes, took me completely off guard. The bag I purchased cost 17.99 Sterling plus a delivery charge of 14.99 Sterling. So delivery costs far out weigh the purchase. Unfortunately as much as I like the KARRIMOR brand, at these costs, I won't be able to afford buying your goods.

The trainers I orderd were too small inspite of having ordered a half size larger than normal. Having elected to collect my purchase from a Sports Direct Store I feel unhappy about having to pay for the return.

Extremely disappointed with the courier service (yet to be) provided by Yodel. Parcel was flagged as having been collected by Yodel early on Friday 14th, yet not scheduled for delivery until at least Monday 17th. Many other suppliers can achieve next-day delivery. Karrimor is a world-renowned brand, yet the quality of the goods supplied since being swallowed by Sportsdirect has descended into the basement, particularly shoes. The bewildering array of choice is another indicator of budget-price mass-marketing. A sad end for a a famous British brand name.
