“A Mixed Bag of Mediocre Meals from Providoor As someone who enjoys the culinary creations of renowned chefs, I recently decided to give Providoor a try, hoping to indulge in some gourmet meals from the comfort of my home. While I was excited about the prospect, my experience turned out to be somewhat disappointing. The packaging was impressive, and the convenience of having gourmet meals delivered to my doorstep was certainly appealing. However, when it came time to dig in, I found that not all the meals lived up to the hype. I expected more from dishes crafted by such celebrated chefs. It felt more like a home-cooked meal than a restaurant-quality experience. On the other hand, some of the other dishes I tried were simply uninspired. They were decent but didn’t offer anything particularly exciting or memorable. While I appreciate the convenience of ready-to-eat meals, I also believe that presentation plays a crucial role in the dining experience. Unfortunately, some of the meals arrived looking rather lackluster. A little more attention to detail could have transformed these dishes from mediocre to something truly special. While there were moments of enjoyment, many meals fell short of my expectations for gourmet dining. If you’re looking for convenience and are willing to take a chance on different dishes, it might be worth trying out Providoor. Just be prepared for some hits and misses along the way. I think providoor worked better with restaurant meals from places like supernormal.”

“Unfortunately my order was delayed and arrived two days later than expected so I missed using the food for an event I was hosting. I haven't yet tasted any of it - but my freezer is full!”

“The food has been tasty, but found advertising and check out miss leading. Advertisement state in big bright numbers get 100$ off and then in smaller print across your next two orders when you spend 150$. Then when checking out we thought the total was 150$ expecting to have the 50$ taken off that only to realise after processing payment that the total show had already taken the 50$ leading us to spend more than I would of other wise planned. All in all I don’t think it’s as good a value as the competitors in the market”

“Good; and a teeniest bit of annoyance. This is the 2nd time I have ordered from Providor. Ordering online was easy but I could not see the delivery date once Id closed the page nor could I find it in their confirmation email. So I contacted them to be told along the lines of it’s the day you asked for - it wasn’t for me. Bit sniffy. It was a different Monday. But at least I got an answer fairly promptly. The food is good. Generous serves and delicious. The delivery was well packed except for the top item which had thawed. So we just ate that for dinner that night.”

“Of 10 items ordered have only tried Seafood Spring Rolls. We use a 3 year old Miele Pyrolytic Convection oven. Instructions from defrosted +1 hr.room temp, sptrayed with olive oil, said heat for 10 mins. @ 170dC. Checked and the wrappers were white, not browned and internal temp was 54dC, not 75dC as Providoor recommended. Continued to heat till reached 72dC, by added 7 mins, wrappers still not browned. Consumed and product slightly crispy, rubbery emulsified "seafood" filling without a discerable taste Poor product/instructions. Also, not a fan of having to look up reconstitution instruct on QR or website. Please print on packaging box. This a gamechanger for me. Bob”

“unfortunately I had a negative experience after ordering food for a weekend away I was not notified until i tried contacting providoor as my delivery had not arrived no one contacted me and I did not receive my order on the delivery”
