“The lovely Charlie rescued me around dartford where I had broken down and took me on the long journey home to Aylesbury. He instantly made me feel relaxed when he phoned and was a real gent and lovely guy. He was very friendly, chatty and helpful and I couldn’t have had a better journey home thanks to him. Cheers Charlie.”

“Excellent service from Matt KPR192 - after being told we would have a 4 hour wait, this was reduced by 40 minutes due to Matt coming along to do one more job even though he should have clocked off 2 hours earlier. He sorted the problem quickly, and was very polite - definitely a 10/10 for Matt”

“my partner works for this company, regularly doing 18 to 19 hour shifts, never see him, and he had to avoid a truck which would have been a head on, still waiting for the bill for damage to rear tail bar because he had to go into a ditch to avoid,because, strangely, they seem to have no insurance! if they do, they do not claim and pass everything onto the driver, advice......never work for this company, and you people that get rescued by these poor drivers do not know half the story they are going through!!!!!!!”

“Paul k504 was absolutely brilliant. Actually used his own computer to sort out a computer glitch which didn't show up on the normal obd tester. We thought it would be tow job but Paul got it sorted. Was booked through green flag and after originally being told at 11.30pm we would have to wait for 1 hour ended up 5 hours at 4.30am so not happy about the wait.”

“Mechanic Amorim Rob came within 10 minutes and fixed(temporarily) one flat tyre, explained what was wrong with it and suggested I should go to the tyre shop for repair urgently. He’d been friendly and kind throughout. Thank you”

“My car would not start. It was a hot Bank Holiday Sunday. I called my insurance company and they told me Kavanagh would be sending someone out to me. This was at 1230pm. By 5 pm someone came. The key's battery had fallen out. I searched inside and in my handbag but could not find it. Finally checked my car. It was on the floor, on the car mat. It clucked back into place. The car started instantly. Engin sealed it up properly with professional looking black super tape. He was quiet but smiley and lovely and I was so happy with their choice of mechanic for me. He told me he would be working through the Bank Holiday Monday too. Thank you for helping me yesterday. Service excellent”

“I recently broke down on the M25 (9th Aug), in heavily congested traffic. Jay KR092 turned out to rescue my car and take us to Sandy Lane garage in Walton on Thames. He was polite, friendly and really efficient. Thanks to Jay, I was able to get my car to the garage in time for them to replace a faulty coil pack and get me back on the road, to complete my journey.”

“The mechanic Gary (GF169) came when My car battery was flat. He diagnosed the reason why it was flat, recharged it, advised me to drive the car for at least half hour to make sure it was fully charged, which I did. Gary phoned to let me know what time he would be with me and it was within the time frame that Kavanagh's text advised me when I reported the problem. Excellent service all round.”

“Thank you to Mick/S039 for a very pleasant call out experience. The only problem was I was given about 5 different times for patrol arrival which was annoying and delayed the time taken to get car started again.”

“Patrol GF124- Ben came to my rescue Really lovely polite & professional guy. He rang 30 mins prior to arrival to let me know when he would be their n he was on time . He resolved the issue in a reasonable amount of time. Thank u again Ben”
