“Started my unresponsive Mercedes because the front wheels we turned on full lock that prevented the ignition working. Amazing to think that jacking up the front wheels and straightening them would solve the problem. The Engineer remembered the problem from his experience and got us back on the road with a smile. Brilliant.”

“On August 6th patrol GF164. Job number 27203611/1. Mechanic arrived and investigated failure to start problem on my Jaguar. He was very polite but after lots of swapping fuses and banging top of fuel pump housing advised pump ceased. At no.time did he check to see if power was actually reaching the pump. He removed leads from both points on pump and fuel gauge and as I say banged the top of the pump housing. On arrival the fuel gauge was operational. Now I find it is not. I don't know if he reconnected supply or not. I now have to pay for someone to come and check wether supplies are going to both pump and fuel gauge and then if necessary arrange for the car to be transported to a garage if it cannot be fixed at home. Green Flag service is usually very good but this did not come up to scratch.”

“Kavanagh turned up well before the time slot they gave me. Their mechanic was extremely efficient in his work, polite and courteous. Other than sorting out my flat tyre he also checked the remaining three. Having used them a couple of time now I can honestly say that it's worth having breakdown cover with them.”

“I`d like to thank Patrol KO25 and KR208 for assisting me with my VW Beetle. They both kept me informed letting me know when they were due to arrive. They were both polite - informative and professional. They explained everything they were doing in a clear manner and easy for me to understand. I felt confident throughout. “After calling for assistance from Greenflag 2/8/19, Jason K029, from Kavanagh motors arrived. I had been kept up to date with messages and phone calls so I knew exactly what was going on from start to finish. Jason was friendly, positive and extremely helpful. He was able to rectify the problem and was very thorough and knowledgable with the work he carried out. A big thanks to him!”
